Download Instructions

If you have not downloaded an ebook before, you will likely find these instructions very useful. You may want to print these instructions for easy reference prior to downloading your ebook.

1.) On the merchant's website you will see a "Download" button, or "Buy Now" button, or something similar, depending on the merchant. After clicking on this link you will be taken to a secure payment processing website (your browser will show "https" instead of the regular "http" on the left side, and on the right side there will be a padlock symbol, indicating a secure website where your payment processing is safe and secure.) Here you will choose the payment type - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, or other forms of payment, depending on the merchant. After payment is made, an acknowledgement receipt will appear. You may like to print this off so that you have an immediate receipt as it has all the information you need for tracking if something goes array in the process. Generally the receipt is also emailed to the email address you provided in the transaction. Do NOT close this window yet -- See #2 below.

2.) IMPORTANT: After making payment at this secure website, be sure to click on the button that says "Complete Your Order" because this will return you to the merchant who will provide you with the download link. This link will appear automatically on your computer screen once you click the "Complete Your Order" button. Once back on the merchant's site, a "Thank You" page will appear with the download link. Simply click on this download link to instantly download the ebook to your computer - no waiting, no emails to receive - just automatic instant download. Isn't technology amazing?

3.) Your computer will automatically download the file (generally a PDF document) to "Downloads", or possibly "My Downloads" or another location that your computer designates for downloaded files, or to a location of your choosing. Be sure to pay particular note to the name of the file that is being downloaded and where on your computer it downloads, so that you can locate it later. (If it is a PDF document, you will need Adobe Reader, which you likely already have on your computer. If not, it is free to download and generally instructions for doing so come with the product.)

4.) If you follow the above instuctions carefully, you should have a trouble-free instant download of your ebook. If, for any reason, something goes array, do not despair. There is an "Order Help" link available on the site where you made payment. You will need the information from your receipt to do the download again. After you receive a "Thank You" email from the website you are currently on, you can request help in downloading if you were unable to do so.
